Choti Walla at Rishi Kesh

Notice Chinese Influence in the painted face.

The Choti Walla restaurant (at Rishikesh, near Ram Jhula) which the gentleman in the picture represents, claims to exist since 1958. Trade between India and China used to flourish through the mountain route. This was stopped after Chinese assault in 1962.

    Had heard about this restaurant on one of the travel shows on travel and living (or was it NDTV good times?)
